Our client is a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy in Ireland and is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Modeller/Designer to join their growing Civil Engineering team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects, including commercial, residential and large-scale infrastructure developments throughout Ireland. This is not a traditional drafting role. We are looking for an experienced modeller who will play a key role in the design process by developing intelligent Civil 3D models and producing high-quality drawings from those models.

Role Description

  • Develop and maintain detailed Site 3D / Autodesk Civil 3D models for a wide range of civil engineering projects.
  • Model civil engineering elements including:
    • Roads
    • Surface water drainage
    • Foul water drainage
    • Watermain infrastructure
    • Embankments
    • Earthworks
    • Utilities and other civil engineering elements
  • Produce accurate drawings and technical documentation directly from Civil 3D models.
  • Work closely with Civil Engineers and multidisciplinary design teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate models to ensure accuracy, quality and compliance with project requirements.
  • Ensure all work complies with Irish design standards and client specifications.
  • Deliver high-quality models and drawings within project deadlines.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
