Are you a Senior Civil Engineer looking to take technical ownership of infrastructure projects in Basingstoke? This Senior Civil Engineer opportunity offers project responsibility, mentoring exposure, and clear progression within a respected multidisciplinary consultancy.
A well-established consultancy is strengthening its Basingstoke team and is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to deliver highways, drainage, and development infrastructure projects across the South East. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will manage design delivery from concept through to completion while working closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities
- Manage civil engineering projects to programme and budget
- Lead highways, drainage, and infrastructure designs
- Produce designs using Civil 3D or similar software
- Ensure compliance with standards and client requirements
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Mentor junior engineers and support technical development
Candidate requirements
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or similar
- Strong highways, drainage, or infrastructure design experience
- Competent using Civil 3D or similar design tools
- Proven project management capability
- Strong communication and leadership skills
