If you are a Senior Civil Engineer looking to be involved in the building of a brand new team based in Christchurch, this role could be of interest.

This civil engineering design specialist has a large office based in Auckland and with numerous projects won, and clients already on board on the South Island, they are now at the stage where a permanent presence in Christchurch is required. An office has already been set up in Christchurch CBD.

This Senior Civil Engineer role would offer the opportunity to develop a team and office with an excellent company brand name and reputation behind you. The nature of this role will bring with it excellent career progression opportunities and a very varied and interesting workload. The company is currently involved in a wide range of projects across land development, urban design, and large educational projects.

This role would suit someone who has an understanding of civil 3D software but is keen on a role that will involve the chance to get out of the office and be involved in the project management and delivery of projects.

You will ideally already be working in the NZ consulting engineering sector with 6 years of civil engineering experience since gaining your degree. You will also be a very strong communicator both written and verbally.

The role offers the chance to work independently and plan your own schedule whilst being part of a highly experienced and well-respected NZ-owned engineering consultancy.
