We are recruiting for an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor to join an established and growing legal practice. This is a senior opportunity for a confident litigator with a minimum of 8 years’ PQE who is comfortable managing complex matters independently and providing clear, commercially focused advice to both individuals and businesses.
The Role
You will manage your own varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters from initial instruction through to resolution, including where appropriate court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution.

Your caseload may include:
- Contractual disputes
- Commercial disputes
- Property and landlord & tenant disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Shareholder and business disputes
- Debt recovery matters
- Other complex civil litigation
- Mediation and alternative dispute resolution
You will be expected to provide strategic advice, conduct negotiations, prepare legal documentation and submissions, and represent clients throughout the litigation process.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Minimum 8 years’ PQE
- Strong civil litigation and dispute resolution experience
- Experience handling complex matters independently
- Excellent knowledge of litigation procedure
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- The ability to provide practical and commercially focused advice
- Confidence dealing directly with clients and other professionals
- Excellent case management and organizational skills
- A strong focus on client service and achieving positive outcomes
