Hydor is expanding into Energy and Renewable Energy – and we are hiring
As part of Hydor’s continued product diversification and international growth strategy, we are expanding our activities into the Energy and Renewable Energy sectors.
We are therefore looking for a Senior Energy Claims Handler to support the development of this new business area and take responsibility for handling Energy and Renewable Energy claims across the international markets.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Hydor at an early stage of the development, help shape our claims approach and processes, and work closely with our international underwriting, claims, and management teams.

The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Strong claims handling experience within Energy and/or Renewable Energy
- A sound understanding of policy coverage, claims strategy, and settlement negotiation
- Experience working with brokers, insureds, adjusters, lawyers, and other external experts
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to balance technical claims handling with client relationships
- A pragmatic, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
- The ability to contribute to the development of claims procedures and best practices for this new product line
