SENIOR SALES - CENTRAL LONDON
UP TO 34,000 + BONUS/COMMISSION
I’m partnering with a renowned contemporary luxury fashion house to recruit a Senior Sales Advisor for one of London’s most prestigious retail destinations.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced luxury retail professional who excels in building long-lasting client relationships, delivering elevated service, and driving strong commercial results within a premium environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a world-class client experience from first interaction through to aftercare
- Build and nurture a loyal client book through outstanding clientelling
- Drive individual sales performance and consistently exceed KPIs
- Provide expert styling guidance and deep product knowledge
- Support the boutique in maintaining impeccable visual and operational standards
- Represent a sophisticated, heritage-led fashion brand with confidence and polish
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture

What We’re Looking For
- Luxury or premium fashion retail experience
- Proven track record of achieving strong sales results
- Excellent clientelling and CRM capabilities
- Confident, polished, and commercially minded approach
- Passion for styling and delivering an elevated client experience
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
