Oris Boutique London | Mayfair
Founded in Hölstein, Switzerland in 1904, Oris is one of the world’s leading independent Swiss watch manufacturers.
Independence is more than our ownership structure. It influences the way we design our watches, the relationships we build and the people we choose to work with.
Our London Boutique is looking for an experienced luxury retail professional who shares that mindset. This is an opportunity to join a small, ambitious team representing a respected Swiss watchmaker, where your contribution will extend well beyond the sales floor.
The Role
As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while contributing to the commercial performance and daily life of the boutique.
- You will build long-term relationships with an international clientele
- Develop your own client portfolio
- Ensure that every interaction reflects the standards and values of the Oris brand

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

At Oris, responsibilities are clearly defined, but we do not believe great teams are built by people who only focus on their own remit.
- We value individuals who recognise when they can add value, support a colleague, or take ownership of a situation before being asked.
- That initiative is always exercised with sound judgement, mutual respect, and a clear understanding of roles, responsibilities, and the chain of command.
- We believe that humility, professionalism, and collaboration create stronger businesses than individual recognition ever will.
What We Offer
Joining Oris means joining an independent company where ideas are listened to, initiative is recognised, and high standards are expected.
- This is an environment for people who want to keep learning, broaden their responsibilities, and make a tangible contribution to the success of the boutique.
- If that reflects the way you work, we would be pleased to hear from you.
