Mode Search is delighted to partner with a globally renowned luxury jeweller, known for exceptional craftsmanship, heritage, and iconic design. They are seeking an experienced Senior Client Advisor to join a brand-new Milan flagship boutique.
This role is about presence, discretion, and creating memorable experiences for high-end clients. It is ideal for someone with luxury jewellery experience, a strong sales culture, and a passion for client service. You will be a true ambassador for the brand, building long-lasting relationships, guiding clients across the collection, and acting as a role model within the team.
You will be part of a dynamic two-floor Milan boutique that includes a Café, offering a setting that blends luxury retail with an exceptional client experience.
This role requires flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to develop business both inside and outside the boutique. Italian speakers or expats with an established client book are highly encouraged to apply.

The Role
- Build and deepen relationships with clients to consistently exceed sales targets
- Capture client data and strategically develop BIOs to nurture long-term relationships
- Network both in-store and externally, creating new business opportunities in collaboration with managers and peers
- Participate in local and international events, focusing on high-end and regular product sales
- Act as Guest Experience Manager, delivering memorable and personalised moments for clients
- Develop strong CRM and clienteling strategies to maximise client engagement
- Demonstrate thoughtfulness, curiosity, and optimism, consistently providing exceptional client experiences
- Lead by example, sharing expertise and supporting peers
- Drive business through key product pillars with a strong focus on Diamond Expertise and High Jewellery
- Maintain the highest standards of product knowledge, grooming, and behaviour
- Provide operational support to ensure compliance, inventory accuracy, and alignment with internal policies

Requirements
- Minimum three years’ experience in luxury sales, ideally in jewellery
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships and networks
- Strong knowledge of high jewellery and diamond expertise
- Sales-driven with a track record of exceeding targets
- Organised, detail-focused, and able to work autonomously
- Fluent in Italian (preferred) and English
- Comfortable with flexibility including events, private appointments, and occasional travel
