Role Description
The Senior Client Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based at dunhill’s London location, focused on delivering an exceptional luxury client experience. This role involves welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored product recommendations across categories, including ready-to-wear, tailoring, leather goods, and gifting. The Senior Client Advisor manages the full client journey, from appointment setting and personalized follow-up to after-sales support, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Daily responsibilities include:

- Maintaining outstanding store presentation
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets
- Supporting events and client outreach initiatives
- Upholding brand standards in every interaction
The role also involves:
- Nurturing long-term client relationships
- Contributing to clienteling strategies
- Acting as a brand ambassador for dunhill’s heritage and values
Qualifications
- Strong client relations and customer satisfaction skills, with experience in building long-term, trust-based relationships in a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities, including active listening, clear and confident speaking, and a polished, professional demeanor.
- Background in insurance or other advisory, service-driven sectors is beneficial, demonstrating attention to detail, responsibility, and client-centric problem-solving.
- Proven track record in sales, clienteling, or account management, ideally within fashion, luxury goods, or related industries.
- Deep interest in menswear, tailoring, and luxury products, with the ability to convey product knowledge and styling advice in an engaging manner.
- Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing role in London, with strong teamwork skills and the flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage for serving an international clientele.
- Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-focused environments.
