Senior Client Delivery Manager — Fluent French

Location: London or Chichester (hybrid), with regular travel to France and occasional travel elsewhere in Europe.

Essential:

  • Fluent spoken and written French and English

About this job

This is a rare opportunity to take genuinely new technology, already proven at national scale in the UK, and deliver it for critical infrastructure operators across Europe.

Energy grids need better data to manage ageing infrastructure, growing demand and the transition to renewable generation. sees.ai collects that data safely and consistently at scale using autonomous UAS.

Our work with National Grid has progressed from trials into a full operational service. France is our first major expansion market beyond the UK, and this role will be central to turning new customer requirements into services that can be delivered reliably, repeatedly and profitably.

You will own the delivery plan and execution for strategic customers in the UK, France and other European markets. Working alongside our Customer Success Lead, you will translate contractual commitments and emerging customer requirements into clear plans for our engineering, operations and product teams.

Some early engagements will be exploratory. Part of your job will be to establish what successful delivery means: defining scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria and operating processes before turning them into a repeatable service.

The context

sees.ai collects and delivers the inspection data that critical national infrastructure operators depend on.

Today, that data primarily consists of high-resolution imagery, with the capability extending to video, thermal imaging and LiDAR. We develop the entire system in-house: the UAS, ground-control systems, software and operation itself.

This fully proprietary capability allows us to collect data safely, consistently and at scale. Our customers then use that data to inspect, maintain and optimise their networks.

Delivering this service is complex. It requires the coordination of customer stakeholders, flight operations, engineering, regulatory requirements, data-quality standards and contractual commitments. This role brings those elements together.

Our first major expansion market beyond the UK is France, so fluent spoken and written French is essential. You must be able to run customer meetings, workshops and delivery reviews in French as naturally as in English.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of contracted services for strategic customers in the UK, France and other European territories, from initial mobilisation through to business-as-usual operations.
  • Translate contracts and customer requirements into clear delivery plans, milestones, responsibilities and acceptance criteria.
  • Act as the principal customer contact on delivery matters, working closely with the Customer Success Director, who owns the wider relationship and customer value case.
  • Establish what successful delivery looks like during early or exploratory engagements, then develop the processes required to make delivery repeatable and scalable.
  • Manage scope carefully, identifying changes and ensuring that change requests are assessed, agreed and documented.
  • Track contractual KPIs, SLAs, milestones, risks and dependencies, intervening early when delivery is at risk.
  • Coordinate engineering, operations, product and leadership teams around clear, actionable delivery plans.
  • Work closely with Operations to schedule flight capacity, account for operational constraints and manage the regulatory dependencies affecting delivery in France and other territories.
  • Ensure that inspection data meets agreed quality and acceptance standards before it is handed over to the customer.
  • Convene delivery reviews and steering committees in French and English, providing accurate reporting on progress, performance, risks and decisions.
  • Manage delivery costs and resources, helping ensure that contracts are delivered profitably.
  • Feed delivery insight back to Product and Engineering, particularly where systems, processes or technology make the service difficult to deliver safely, consistently or efficiently.
  • Contribute delivery plans, method statements and supporting evidence to bids and tenders.
  • Visit customer sites and delivery locations across the UK and Europe when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
