Senior Client Director Role
Software development technology consultancy company who build the digital journeys that SaaS vendors can’t or won’t try. Ambitions to grow to £100 million and continue their global expansion Location is flexible, occasional access to London, Edinburgh or Manchester
The Role:
- Start building the strategy to enable growth of the company both domestically and internationally.
- Whilst driving the commercial growth, be part of the company’s purpose to provide a successful community ecosystem to both employees and the local population
- Bringing in network of industry contacts to enhance and strengthen the business
- Reporting to the CEO, you will have a great degree of autonomy to outline your playbook and enhance and build a team that can drive the deals to enable growth. You will need to have a collaborative style and work closely with marketing, ops, delivery directors to support the team

The Candidate:
- Experience in custom software development consultancy
- Evidence of growing revenues from £45m to £80-100m
- High IQ and EQ to work with empathy in an organisation with a unique culture
- Technically aware of the latest trends and practices at a high level
- Well versed in agile and lean practices

Base £100-£135k, OTE up to Double uncapped
