Senior Client Director, Client Growth & Innovation

Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) | London

Reporting to: UK CPG Industry Leader

Kantar helps the world’s most influential brands grow by combining deep human understanding with advanced technology. We move beyond standalone insights to deliver connected, decision-ready intelligence that helps brands act with confidence in a more complex world. At Kantar, smart, curious people work together on challenges that genuinely matter.

Why this job is important

We’re known for helping brands make better decisions. In this role, you’ll help some of the UK’s most important Consumer Packaged Goods clients turn complex growth challenges into clear, connected action.

As Senior Director, Client Growth & Innovation, you’ll own and grow a portfolio of strategic client relationships. You’ll work with senior leaders across marketing, innovation, brand, category and insights to shape growth agendas, identify opportunities and connect clients with the best of Kantar. This is a visible commercial role for someone who enjoys senior client conversations, understands how innovation can unlock growth, and can bring people together around work that creates measurable impact.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic Consumer Packaged Goods client relationships, building account plans that increase Kantar’s impact and share of client investment.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client leaders, including Chief Marketing Officers, Innovation Directors, Brand Leaders, Category Directors and insights teams.
  • Lead strategic conversations on growth, portfolio expansion, innovation and brand strategy.
  • Connect innovation opportunities with Kantar’s wider brand, creative, media and commercial capabilities to create integrated client solutions.
  • Bring together specialists across Kantar’s practices, solutions and geographies so clients experience us as one connected growth partner.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
