Location - Central London (Hybrid)
Salary - £75,000 - £80,000 + Bonus (OTE c.£120,000)

We're partnering with a rapidly growing insights and measurement business that is transforming how brands, agencies and media owners understand the true impact of their marketing investment. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking an ambitious Senior Client Director to lead a portfolio of strategic clients, develop a high-performing team and play a pivotal role in driving commercial growth.

The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring clients derive maximum value from the platform and insights while identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships and grow revenue.

Leading a multidisciplinary team spanning Client Success, Strategy and Delivery, you will act as the commercial lead for your client portfolio, translating complex data and campaign insights into actionable recommendations that drive business performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and growing strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across brands, agencies and media organisations
  • Identifying and converting commercial opportunities within existing accounts
  • Leading, coaching and developing high-performing Client Success and Insights teams
  • Turning marketing effectiveness, campaign performance and brand data into clear business recommendations
  • Working closely with Product, Data Science, Commercial and Operations teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes
  • Driving forecasting, revenue planning and operational performance across your portfolio
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on measurement, effectiveness and growth strategy

We're looking for a commercially driven individual who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoys operating at the intersection of data, strategy and client engagement.

You will likely bring:

  • Experience within insights, media measurement, analytics, market research or marketing effectiveness
  • A proven track record of growing strategic client accounts and delivering commercial results
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A consultative approach with the confidence to engage senior decision makers
  • Experience working with data-led products, platforms or insight solutions
  • Familiarity with agile ways of working would be advantageous
