About This Role

There's a pattern worth naming: the people best suited to this role haven't failed at their careers. They've succeeded, and they're starting to notice the structure hasn't kept up.

You may have years of experience behind you, a strong commercial skill set, and a proven ability to work with clients. What's changed isn't your capability. It's how much room the role still gives you to use it.

Maybe you've reached a ceiling. Maybe the structure around your role has become more restrictive than rewarding: less room to move, less control over your own time, less connection between what you put in and what you get back.

Let's be upfront from the start.

This is a performance-based, independent role. There's no fixed salary, and compensation reflects the results you generate. This role is designed for experienced professionals who want to apply what they've already built in a way that gives them more control, over their time, their location, and how their effort translates into results. If a traditional salaried position with a guaranteed income is what you're looking for, this role is unlikely to be the right fit.

The Role

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who This Suits

This tends to resonate with professionals who've spent years building a career, often in corporate, commercial or client-facing environments, and have reached a point where the structure no longer matches the life they want. You know how to build trust, manage a pipeline, and take a conversation somewhere useful. What's missing is control: over your schedule, your location, and how directly your effort shows up in your results.
