About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Client Manager – Retail Media Product & Activation to join Morrisons Media Group (MMG).

You’ll lead the development, delivery and ongoing optimisation of MMG’s data-led media products across loyalty, onsite and offsite channels. Bringing together Morrisons’ first-party data, technology and cross-functional expertise, you’ll create scalable processes, strengthen campaign activation and supplier experiences, and help unlock incremental commercial growth.

You’ll also lead and develop the team within your remit, while building strong relationships across MMG, Morrisons and external technology and brand partners.

What you’ll do

  • Own the end-to-end process development and implementation of new media capabilities, defining requirements, sprint cycles and sustainable ways of working.
  • Lead the team responsible for planning and delivering supplier-funded loyalty campaigns, improving campaign planning and identifying data-led opportunities for growth.
  • Own offsite campaign activation across Meta, TikTok and Amazon, including developing audiences using Morrisons’ first-party data.
  • Partner with SMG’s Media Planning team to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively against supplier and agency agreements.
  • Own the relationship with the third-party technology provider for onsite CPC media, influencing the capability roadmap and ensuring developments meet customer, supplier and business needs.
  • Champion Morrisons’ first-party customer data and audience capabilities, translating data and insight into compelling propositions that improve campaign relevance and performance.
  • Collaborate across Client, Media Planning and New Media teams, as well as Morrisons stakeholders and external partners, to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Lead and develop your team, managing performance, driving accountability and maintaining high standards of delivery while fostering a positive, inclusive culture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
