Senior Client Manager - West Yorkshire
As a Senior Client Manager in West Yorkshire within a strong independent accountancy practice, you'll oversee key client relationships, ensuring their accounting and finance needs are met efficiently. Your role will involve managing a portfolio of clients, providing strategic advice, and supporting their financial goals, as well as regularly organising staff to achieve greater efficiency and productivity.

Description
As a Senior Client Manager, you will:
- Liaise with clients at a senior partner level
- Supervise the work of a minimum of four accountants
- Prepare accounts from both incomplete records and computerized records
- Carry out company and personal tax return preparation
- Manage your own portfolio
- Review the work of other employees
- Liaise with clients on all accounting matters
- Carry out client visits
- Undertake other ad-hoc projects as they arise

Profile
A Successful Senior Client Manager Must Have:
- ACA or ACCA qualification
- A minimum of 15 years' recent experience within a UK-based, qualified firm of accountants
- Management accounts experience
- Excellent working knowledge of accounts preparation for a range of businesses including Sole Traders, Ltd Companies, and Partnerships, including LLPs
- Ability to prepare accounts to a high standard
- Ability to use own initiative, to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A good working knowledge of accounting software, preferably CCH, Sage, and Xero
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
