Role Description
The Senior Client Manager / Senior Account Manager – Luxury PR is a full-time, hybrid role based in London, with flexibility for part-time work from home. In this position, the professional will lead day-to-day client management for luxury brands, overseeing PR campaigns from strategy development through execution and reporting.

Responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Managing project timelines
- Supervising junior team members
- Coordinating with cross-functional partners and external agencies
- Crafting compelling narratives
- Securing high-quality media coverage
- Organizing press events and activations
- Ensuring campaigns meet agreed KPIs

This person will contribute to new business opportunities, support pitch development, and help refine CuraConn’s overall PR and communications offering within the luxury space.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in luxury PR or communications, including client-facing account management and campaign leadership for prestige or high-end brands.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic PR plans, including audience-focused messaging, media strategies, and integrated brand campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft press materials, thought leadership content, and impactful brand stories.
- Established relationships with key media, editors, influencers, and luxury industry stakeholders, plus the ability to cultivate new high-value contacts.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including budgeting, timeline management, stakeholder coordination, and team supervision or mentoring.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including tracking campaign performance, interpreting results, and providing data-informed recommendations.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in London, with the ability to collaborate both in person and remotely across teams and clients.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in PR, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; prior agency experience within the luxury sector is highly beneficial.
