Senior Client Marketing Manager
Location: Blyth, Northumberland
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Flexible hours available
About the Role
TEXO Recruitment are working with an established B2B marketing agency in Blyth that specialises in supporting innovative businesses across complex and technical industries.
We are looking for a Senior Client Marketing Manager to manage, develop and grow a portfolio of key client accounts. This is a senior client-facing role, combining strategic marketing, account management and commercial development.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, developing effective marketing strategies and integrated campaigns while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and deliver long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, nurture and grow a portfolio of B2B client accounts.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Act as the main strategic and day-to-day point of contact for clients.
- Develop strategic marketing plans and integrated campaign strategies.
- Identify and develop upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Create client development plans and support account growth.
- Brief and coordinate internal teams across content, PR, digital, design and web.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
- Monitor client satisfaction, performance and commercial opportunities.
- Support proposals, new business activity and client presentations where required.
- Work closely with senior management and delivery teams to achieve client objectives.

Essential Requirements
- Proven experience managing and growing B2B client accounts, ideally within a marketing, PR, communications or agency environment.
- Strong senior-level marketing experience with a track record of developing strategic marketing plans and integrated campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of how to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing programmes and working with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to identify and secure additional business from existing clients.
- Strong relationship-building, communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
- Commercially aware with a strategic and results-driven approach.
