With nearly 3,000 experts across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas, we partner with iconic businesses like Tesco, Coca-Cola, Meijer, Procter & Gamble and Metro to turn data into growth, innovation and measurable value for their customers.

Tesco Media

Tesco Media is the ultimate media partner to brands. Built on unrivalled customer insight, it’s a media owner with soul, scale, and storytelling power. Tesco Media helps brands and agencies connect meaningfully with customers, drive creative effectiveness, and grow at the point of purchase.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Client Partner to take ownership of a client account or portfolio of accounts within Tesco Media. You’ll build trusted relationships with leading advertisers, understand their commercial challenges and develop effective media solutions across online and offline channels.

Combining consultative selling with strong account leadership, you’ll be responsible for growing sustainable revenue, responding to client briefs and creating partnerships that deliver long-term value. You’ll work closely with Media Planning, Strategy, Enablement and other cross-functional teams to bring together the right expertise for each client.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the day-to-day client relationship while identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships and grow the account.
  • Develop compelling advertising solutions powered by first-party data across Tesco Media’s platform.
  • Build strong relationships across clients’ brand, digital, loyalty and shopper marketing teams, connecting their priorities with relevant media opportunities.
  • Partner with Media Planning and Tesco category stakeholders to deliver high-quality responses to briefs and align client plans with wider category strategies.
  • Pitch persuasive proposals and business cases, bringing together customer insight, market developments and a clear commercial story.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and forecasts, identifying new revenue opportunities and working towards ambitious quarterly and annual targets.
  • Depending on the account structure, you may also oversee the day-to-day work of Media Executives or Associates and remain accountable for the quality and timely delivery of client work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
