Senior Client Partner, Leadership Consulting

Leadership Development | Executive Coaching | FTSE 100 & Global Enterprise Clients

  • Salary: £70K - £90K per annum plus Bonus (based on delivery/consulting revenue)

About the Opportunity

Can you build trusted relationships with executive leaders, uncover complex organisational challenges and turn them into high-value consulting opportunities?

We're delighted to be working in partnership with an internationally recognised leadership consulting business of more than 1,000 employees, supporting many of the world's most respected organisations as they execute strategy through people.

Due to succession planning, internal career progression and continued investment in its Leadership Consulting Practice, our client is looking to appoint a commercially minded Senior Client Partner to help shape the next phase of growth. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced consultant who enjoys winning work, designing bespoke leadership solutions and delivering measurable impact for global organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with FTSE 100, FTSE 250 and Global 500 organisations, you'll engage with executive leadership teams to understand their commercial priorities before designing tailored leadership and organisational development solutions.
  • You'll identify new consulting opportunities, develop compelling proposals and lead client engagements from initial diagnosis through to programme design and delivery.
  • Rather than simply selling consulting services, you'll become a trusted adviser who helps senior leaders solve business challenges relating to leadership capability, organisational effectiveness and strategy execution.
  • Alongside managing and growing existing relationships, you'll also play a key role in securing new business, with responsibility for delivering approximately £600,000 in annual consulting revenue.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
