Are you a senior client services professional who combines exceptional relationship-building skills with strong commercial instinct?
We’re working with an award-winning digital agency in Leeds to find a Senior Client Partner to join their growing team and help some of the UK's most respected purpose-driven organisations get more from digital. This is a strategic client partnership role. You won't be managing the day-to-day delivery of projects – instead, you'll take ownership of key client relationships, account growth, commercial performance and long-term strategy.
What you'll be doing
- Build and develop trusted relationships with senior and C-level client stakeholders
- Own account plans, retention and growth targets across a portfolio of key clients
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and develop new business within your sector
- Act as a strategic consultant, ensuring digital activity aligns with wider organisational goals
- Work closely with project managers and agency specialists to ensure exceptional delivery
- Oversee account profitability, budgets and commercial performance
- Develop deep sector expertise and become a trusted voice for clients
- Represent the agency through conferences, webinars, networking and thought leadership
- Support and mentor colleagues, helping build a strong client-centric culture

You'll ideally have
Strong experience within a digital agency in client services, account management or business development, with a proven track record of growing client accounts.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Commercially minded and confident owning revenue and profitability
- A natural relationship builder who can influence at senior level
- An excellent communicator with meticulous attention to detail
- Comfortable presenting to both clients and wider audiences
- Strategic, inquisitive and confident making decisions
- Experienced managing multiple senior client relationships
- Passionate about digital and the impact it can have on purpose-driven organisations
