Client Partner
London | Hybrid | Permanent
We’re looking for a senior Client Partner to lead and grow a major global technology account for an established digital consultancy.
This is a senior commercial and relationship-led role, focused on deepening an existing client partnership and expanding the business into new teams, markets, and areas of need. There is already a strong relationship and significant delivery activity in place, so the opportunity is less about winning a client from scratch and more about identifying where else the consultancy can add value and converting that into sustainable account growth.
The role
You’ll own senior client relationships and work closely with multidisciplinary internal teams to identify, shape, and develop new opportunities.
Typical work sold into the client includes:
- Digital products, platforms, apps, and websites
- AI-enabled solutions
- Digital strategy and innovation programmes
- Early-stage concepts and pilots
- Customer experience and service challenges
- Longer-term delivery and specialist team support
Projects can range from shorter strategic engagements through to multi-month delivery programmes and longer-term retained or embedded support. A major part of the role is growing the account across a complex global organisation: building relationships with new stakeholders, understanding the priorities of different teams, and identifying where the consultancy’s capabilities can solve meaningful business problems.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we’re looking for
We’re interested in people who have:
- Led and grown a significant enterprise client within a digital agency, consultancy, innovation business, or related environment
- Successfully expanded an existing relationship into new business units, markets, or teams
- Worked with large, complex global organisations
- Sold digital, technology, experience, innovation, or transformation services
- Strong senior stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Commercial experience across pipeline, forecasting, costing, and account growth
- The ability to identify opportunities, turn them into credible client conversations, and bring the right people together internally
- Experience working alongside multidisciplinary strategy, creative, technology, and delivery teams
The person
This will suit someone ambitious, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in a collaborative environment. You’ll need the resilience and tenacity to keep developing relationships and creating opportunities when progress is not always immediate, while staying focused on delivering strong outcomes for both the client and the business.
