Senior Client Partner - Football, Sport & Partnerships

Salary: £60,000-£70,000
Location: London | Hybrid
Contract: 12-month FTC

I'm partnering with a leading global football and fan engagement business looking for a Senior Client Partner to join their partnerships team on a 12-month FTC.

Sitting at the intersection of football, culture, content, and brand partnerships, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of major client accounts - combining senior client leadership, campaign delivery, and commercial growth.

The Role

  • Own and develop relationships across a portfolio of client accounts
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
  • Oversee integrated campaigns, ensuring timelines, budgets, and KPIs are met
  • Lead coordination across creative, strategy, media, and commercial teams
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and incremental revenue
  • Track budgets, spend, resource allocation, and commercial performance
  • Use campaign results and insights to drive optimisation and future opportunities
  • Mentor and develop Client Managers and Client Executives
  • Proactively identify risks and ensure smooth delivery across accounts

  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and campaigns
  • Strong client relationship and senior stakeholder management skills
  • Ideally a background within football, sport, sponsorship, partnerships, media, or creative agencies
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets
  • Confidence balancing strategic client leadership with hands-on delivery
  • Experience mentoring and developing junior account teams
  • Ability to turn campaign performance and insights into recommendations
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • A genuine understanding of football, sport, and fan culture
