Uber Advertising is looking for a strategic, commercially driven seller to help scale our Retail vertical. As a Senior Client Partner, you'll build high-impact partnerships with leading retail brands, driving adoption of Uber's advertising solutions across both Mobility and Delivery platforms.
This is an opportunity to shape full-funnel media strategies powered by Uber's unique first-party data, helping brands connect digital discovery with real-world commerce.
What You'll Do
- Own and grow strategic Retail advertising partnerships, consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Build trusted relationships with senior marketing stakeholders, including Director, VP, and C-level decision makers.
- Drive adoption of Uber's expanding suite of advertising products across Mobility and Delivery.
- Develop compelling, insight-led sales narratives and strategic media solutions for enterprise brands.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Ads teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Use data, creativity, and commercial insight to unlock growth opportunities and influence partner strategy.
- Act as the voice of the customer, helping shape future Ads product development.

What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise digital advertising sales or strategic partnerships.
- Proven success selling advertising solutions to large, complex brands, ideally within Retail.
- Strong understanding of performance and brand marketing strategies.
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong storytelling and data-driven selling capabilities.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
