The Role
We are seeking a Senior Client Partner, AI Solutions to join our London office and help expand 10Pearls' AI-led growth across the UK and wider European market, with a primary mandate to win new clients. This is a senior commercial role for an experienced technology services leader who can open, shape and grow strategic client relationships by helping executives identify where AI can create measurable business value.
The role carries elements of a traditional Client Partner mandate, relationship ownership, account growth, executive advisory and commercial accountability, but with a stronger focus on selling AI-enabled transformation, AI-native product engineering, data and automation-led solutions. The commercial motion is advisory-led: you will consult with prospective clients and ecosystem partners on AI strategy, use cases and adoption, then convert that advisory credibility into engineering and delivery engagements — a consult-to-sell, land-and-expand approach. You will be expected to engage senior stakeholders across multiple sectors, translate business priorities into AI opportunities, and work closely with global practice, engineering and delivery teams to shape credible, outcome-led propositions.
Success in this role will be measured by the quality of executive relationships you build, the new client logos you win, the AI-led opportunities you create and convert through both direct and partner channels, the growth of strategic accounts, and the tangible value clients realize from working with 10Pearls.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic client relationships across the UK and Europe, serving as a senior point of contact and trusted advisor to client stakeholders up to C-suite level.
- Develop and convert new business opportunities, prioritising new-logo acquisition across the UK and Europe while expanding existing clients, with a specific focus on AI-led transformation, AI-native product engineering, data platforms, automation, cloud-enabled modernization and digital innovation.
- Lead consultative, value-based selling conversations that connect business challenges to practical AI use cases, measurable outcomes and scalable engagement models.
- Build and activate a partner ecosystem — hyperscalers, AI platform vendors, and consulting and technology alliances — running co-sell motions and joint go-to-market campaigns that open doors to new clients across the UK and Europe.
- Deliver AI advisory engagements, such as AI readiness assessments, use-case discovery workshops and AI adoption roadmaps, as a consult-to-sell entry point that converts into larger AI engineering and transformation engagements.
- Work across a couple of priority business domains and sectors, such as healthcare, financial services, energy, telecommunications, retail or high-tech, while adapting messaging to different buyer contexts and maturity levels.
- Partner closely with 10Pearls' AI, data, product, engineering, delivery and client services teams to shape solutions, scope engagements and ensure propositions are commercially sound and technically credible.
- Act as the bridge between clients and 10Pearls' global delivery teams across multiple time zones, ensuring expectations, solution design, delivery commitments and measures of success are clearly aligned.
- Act as an escalation point and client advocate, ensuring delivery quality, client satisfaction and long-term partnership health remain consistently high.
- Negotiate commercial terms, statements of work, renewals and expansion opportunities in collaboration with leadership.
- Represent 10Pearls in the European market by building a strong executive network, strengthening our AI solutions narrative, and creating visibility with prospects, partners and industry communities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
