The Opportunity
A Senior Client Partner is accountable for orchestrating the relationship, success, and revenue growth of Gaming & Entertainment accounts. This role requires a blend of executive presence, adaptability, and leadership to drive cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
Revenue Growth & Targets/KPI’s
- Proactively identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities within your portfolio to achieve revenue targets and strategic objectives.
- Own all commercial activities: net new deals, renewals, contract negotiations, pricing/terms, order management, and fulfilment of products/services.
- Responsible for developing and driving growth in the French gaming market.
Account Management & Customer Obsession
- Maintain a thorough understanding of each studio's needs, pain points, projects, roadmap, and monetisation plans — serving as the internal voice of the studio and positioning Unity as a strategic long-term partner.
- Build and nurture trust-based relationships across all levels of client organisations, from development teams through C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Ensure consistent, proactive engagement with your priority accounts through virtual, on-site, and industry events.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operational Excellence
- Set clear prioritisation across accounts and partner with internal technical teams to drive developer success and revenue expansion.
- Execute deals through the deal pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting in Clari and SFDC.
- Orchestrate Unity's technical resources across critical projects to ensure commitments are delivered and to drive deep technical partnership with customers.
What We're Looking For
- Deep empathy for developers and a genuine curiosity about how games are made and how Unity's products create value.
- Proven track record in enterprise sales or strategic account management, ideally within the gaming, technology, or developer tools space.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships with demonstrated success managing revenue growth in a portfolio.
- Executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-suite and senior decision-makers.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Native Russian speaker, with a strong knowledge of the gaming market in Eastern Europe.

Gross Pay Annually, UK: £81,000 - £121,400
This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions). The final offer amount will depend on several factors, including geographic location and the candidate’s relevant experience, professional background, and skill set.
