Description

As a Senior Client Partner at GlobalLogic, you will drive strategic growth for a portfolio within our Retail and Consumer Business Unit in the UK. This results-oriented leadership role requires building trusted CxO-level relationships, shaping digital transformation agendas, and championing innovative AI-enabled solutions. You will operate in a “two-in-a-box” partnership with a Delivery Partner to ensure excellence from initial strategy to tangible business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the Retail and Consumer Goods sector with a proven track record of successful client growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in negotiating master service contracts, pricing structures, and long-term agreements.

Job responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Growth: Define and execute sales strategies and account plans to drive rapid business expansion and high-quality revenue growth.
  • Executive Relationship Management: Foster trusted, consultative relationships with senior client executives and CxOs to influence their digital agenda.
  • Consultative Solutioning: Translate complex business challenges into innovative technology solutions at the intersection of design, engineering, and data.
  • Full Sales Lifecycle Ownership: Manage lead generation, solution shaping, contracting, staffing, and governance for large transformational deals.
  • Sector Thought Leadership: Provide advisory expertise on Retail and Consumer trends, staying abreast of emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ecosystem Orchestration: Champion partnerships with relevant technology firms and internal service lines to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
