We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our growing Pension Administration team.
This is a permanent, full-time role that can be based in our London, Guildford or Amersham office, working on a hybrid basis. Other offices may be considered.
A snapshot of your day:
- Ensure our service is delivered within agreed service and the clients agreed priorities.
- Using resources effectively, prioritise multiple responsibilities; balance client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations.
- Take personal responsibility for completion of work allocated to you and meet deadlines and ensure that quality standards are maintained.
- Build personal, long-lasting client relationships with a portfolio of clients and demonstrate an in-depth understanding of clients’ needs, supporting them with complex and technical issues and ensuring that expectations are met and managed.
- Regularly communicate with the client at a senior level, using experience and expertise, be a sounding board for the client, provide technical guidance and make recommendations on administration matters to trustee boards.

We would like to hear from you if you have:
- Significant client-facing experience working at a high level within an organisation administering pension schemes gained over a number of years.
- Desirable to have a pensions or business qualification with a recognised professional body, preferably APMI / FPMI (or equivalent).
- Be an effective team player with team management capabilities.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience of budgetary control.
- A self-motivated individual with diplomatic/interpersonal skills – to achieve the best outcomes.
- A proven effective communicator with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Developing presentation skills to larger audiences, and ability to host meetings.
