An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded, independent financial planning firm as a Senior Client Relationship Manager, working within a specialist team supporting ultra high-net-worth clients with complex financial affairs.

This is a genuinely client-focused role within a small, dedicated team working closely with a select number of HNW individuals and families. The emphasis is on providing a highly personal service, building long-term relationships and ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience throughout their financial planning journey.

The role

As Senior Client Relationship Manager, you’ll work closely with a senior Financial Planner and technical colleagues, taking ownership of the administration and ongoing servicing of HNW client relationships.

You’ll become a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring requests are handled efficiently and discreetly while keeping everything behind the scenes running smoothly.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with HNW clients and their families
  • Supporting a senior Financial Planner throughout the client and annual review cycle
  • Coordinating meetings, reviews and ongoing client activity
  • Managing new client onboarding, AML checks, Letters of Authority and documentation
  • Processing new business, withdrawals, income payments and contributions
  • Liaising with investment platforms, providers, accountants, solicitors and other professional advisers
  • Preparing valuations, review packs and supporting documentation
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant client records
  • Proactively resolving provider and processing issues
  • Managing platform administration across investments, pensions and other wrappers
  • Taking ownership of key processes and identifying opportunities to improve the client experience
  • Supporting and sharing knowledge with less experienced members of the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
