Senior Client Development Manager
Position
This is a senior, relationship-led sales role focused on developing high-value client accounts, generating new business and maximising revenue from an established portfolio. Working closely with the Sales Director, you will manage senior C-suite relationships across key accounts, with a focus on creating repeat business and long-term commercial partnerships.
You will take ownership of your sales pipeline from opportunity through to conversion, combining proactive business development with strategic account management. Networking, industry events, CPDs and face-to-face client engagement will form an important part of the position, alongside identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and re-engage previous clients.
This is a highly client-facing position where service is expected to feel personal and premium rather than transactional. You will also act as a senior presence within the wider sales team, sharing expertise, mentoring junior colleagues and setting a strong example around sales technique and client management.
Candidate
The successful candidate will be an experienced specification sales professional with a strong network across the architectural, interior design or luxury residential market.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
