About Blue Education
Blue Education provides premium academic planning, tutoring, and admissions support to ambitious students and families.
We are looking for an experienced Mandarin-speaking Senior Client Service Manager to lead the delivery of a consistently high standard of service across a portfolio of students and families, including complex and high-value cases.
This is a senior client-service and team-management role. You will combine direct ownership of key client relationships with responsibility for supporting and developing Client Service Advisors, improving service quality, resolving escalated issues, and helping the team operate effectively.
Education-sector experience is welcome but not essential. We are particularly interested in candidates with strong experience in premium customer service, client relationship management, guardianship, hospitality, concierge services, account management, private client services, or other high-touch service environments.
The Role
- Own and oversee complex, high-value, or sensitive student and family relationships.
- Act as a senior escalation point for complaints and service-recovery situations.
- Manage and coach Client Service Advisors, setting clear expectations around responsiveness, follow-through, and CRM discipline.
- Coordinate tutors, academic consultants, and internal teams to ensure actions are completed on time.
- Identify service, engagement, and retention risks early and take ownership of resolution.
- Support high-value renewals and ensure families understand the value of Blue’s long-term service.
- Improve service processes, escalation standards, templates, and quality controls.
- Support urgent student or family situations outside normal working hours where necessary.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
