Position Overview
Valitana is seeking a talented Senior Associate, Client Services to support the client success team in the United Kingdom. This role will require developing deep expertise in Valitana’s multi-asset class trade and portfolio management system, providing a white-glove service to clients, and helping them maximize the platform’s potential.
Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality support to clients including:
- Hedge funds
- Banks
- Trustees
- Insurance firms
- CLO and ABL (Asset-based Lending) managers

Analyze:
- Financial metrics
- Fixed income
- Private credit, and various deal structures (ABL and CLO)

Assist with compliance for:
- SMA (Separately Managed Accounts)
- Managed deals

Provide effective guidance on leveraging Valitana’s Vantage platform
-
Use advanced Excel skills to develop client-specific spreadsheets, utilizing Valitana’s plugin for data integration and calculations

Support clients with:
- Data uploading and management within the Vantage platform
- Building custom metrics and workflows for clients and prospects

Occasional light travel for:
- Conferences
- Work-related events in or around the UK, EU, and USA (no more than 10% of the time)
Qualifications

5–8+ years of professional work experience in:
- Math, Engineering, Finance, or Financial Operations (client-facing experience is required)

1+ years of experience in managerial or mentorship roles (highly valued)

Familiarity with collateralized loan obligations (CLO)

Ability to comprehend complex financial concepts of structured finance products

Microsoft Excel proficiency:
- Advanced functions and data analysis

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Highly resourceful, capable of working independently and collaboratively

An honours bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) from an accredited university

(Optional) Python experience (not required)
What We Offer
This is a remote-position, with a base salary range of £70,000 – 100,000. Valitana offers a competitive compensation package comprising:
- Base salary + annual performance bonus
