What Your Day-to-Day will Look Like:
Operations Delivery
Supporting the delivery of services for multiple clients within the Energy Services sector, helping to ensure high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer service by bringing energy sector knowledge to compliment the operational knowledge within the team.

Contributing to the achievement of contractual SLAs, KPIs, and control standards across client accounts by ensuring the UK energy sector is fully understood and is at the forefront of all operational decisions made
Service Governance & Performance
Supporting governance activities including input to service reviews, performance reporting, continuous improvement initiatives, and issue management processes.
Helping ensure services are delivered in line with contractual requirements, operational procedures, and regulatory expectations.
Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management
Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, promoting collaboration and effective communication.
Contributing to discussions focused on service improvements, operational efficiency, and customer experience by sharing best practises across client campaigns.
Sharing industry best practice from across Energy clients, identifying different ways to driver continual improvements across Energy services specific to each client.
Risk, Controls & Regulatory Compliance
Supporting compliance with relevant regulations, internal policies, and client-specific requirements.
Helping maintain effective operational controls and contribute to audit readiness activities and risk monitoring.
Assisting with implementing actions resulting from audits, reviews, and operational assessments.
Digital, Data & Process Improvement
Supporting the adoption and effective use of technology, workflow tools, automation solutions, and reporting systems within Energy Services operations.
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and standardisation to enhance service delivery and efficiency.

Working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple teams and locations, promoting a positive and supportive working environment enabling the operations teams to thrive and flourish.
Sharing knowledge, supporting team development, and contributing to the achievement of team objectives.

What amazing People will bring to the role
You will have:
- Subject Matter Expert experience in the UK Energy Industry across multiple disciplines including; billing, metering, settlement and/or debt
- Subject Matter Expert experience in one or more of the leading energy CRM/Billing systems (Kraken, Gentrack, SAP, Kalusa) utilised by UK energy suppliers
- Direct and hands-on experience working within a UK energy supplier in a senior operational leadership role
- Demonstrable strong performance KPIs
- Demonstratable experience of displaying a strong client, trust based relationship and confidently engaging with timely updates, issues and escalations to drive swift, effective resolutions.
