The Role:
The Senior Client Services Executive will sit within a top performing Relationship Management team for a highly prestigious Private Bank. This team operates only with UHNW clients, mainly Middle Eastern, with complex structures - therefore an understanding of this is key.
The Senior Client Services Executive will be dealing with client queries including day-to-day account opening and client onboarding that requires a good knowledge of AML.
- Involved with trading on portfolios, payments, and lending.
- Handles general investment administration, e.g., processing asset transfer and change of address requests; online access issues or questions.

The Senior Client Services Executive will diligently monitor transfers of cash and assets to and from client’s accounts; recording all money movements on a daily basis and reporting weekly funds.
The Senior Client Services Executive will be heavily involved with getting to know UHNW clients and will assemble all necessary documentation for Client Meetings, not limited to presentations/meeting materials/review documentation, and confidential information.
- Prepares new and maintains existing private client files, including scanning and filing client documents, maintaining these to the company’s standards, and ensuring they are compliant.
- Data-inputting in the CRM system ensuring information is correct and entered properly.

The Candidate:
- Possess a minimum of 5 years + experience, in a similar Client Services or Client support within Private Banking or Wealth Management company.
- Exposure to Middle Eastern clients would be ideal.
- MUST have a good knowledge of client account opening with complex structures - AML understanding.
- Willingness to complete the IAD if not already achieved.
- Can clearly understand and demonstrate giving outstanding customer service.
