Overview

How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Senior Client Services Manager at Epsilon, you will be the driving force behind client success, leading a diverse portfolio of high-profile brands. Reporting to senior leadership and collaborating with 12 cross-functional teams, you will deliver innovative digital marketing strategies that maximise client revenue and align with omnichannel indicators. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping client strategies, demonstrating Epsilon’s sophisticated digital marketing and MarTech solutions to create measurable value and develop client retention and growth.

You’ll mentor and coach a team, ensuring they reach their full potential while contributing to client success. The role is highly collaborative, working with various internal and external partners to integrate and deliver objective-based solutions.

  • Ideally 3+ years proven experience in digital marketing, MarTech, and project management.
  • Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking with a curiosity about interpreting data to tell compelling stories.
  • Ability to lead and develop a high-performing teams, driving both client and employee success.
  • Strong commercial foresight with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive profitability.
