Senior Client Services Manager - Digital Media & Ad Tech - Up to £50K + Bonus
The Company
Our client is a growing digital advertising and technology business that helps leading brands connect with audiences across high-quality digital environments.
They combine media, data, technology and creative solutions to deliver effective advertising campaigns and measurable business outcomes for their clients.
The Job
You will manage the end-to-end delivery of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring campaigns are accurately set up, delivered successfully and aligned with the client's objectives.
You will take ownership of campaign requirements, timelines and success metrics, coordinating closely with internal operations teams and external partners.
You will act as a senior point of contact for advertisers and agencies, providing a transparent, responsive and straightforward client experience.
You will build strong relationships with clients, delivering excellent service while identifying opportunities for repeat business and future revenue growth.
You will provide strategic recommendations that support both long-term brand-building objectives and shorter-term performance goals.

You will deliver post-campaign analysis, presentations and actionable insights, helping clients understand campaign performance and plan future activity.
You will provide clients with regular audience and campaign insights, ensuring they remain informed throughout the campaign lifecycle.
You will collaborate closely with sales, product, ad operations and other internal teams to improve campaign delivery and the overall client experience.
You will contribute to the creation and improvement of internal processes, tools and ways of working that increase productivity and service quality.
You will support and mentor other members of the team, with the opportunity to develop your people-management responsibilities.
You
- Experience in a client services, account management or campaign management role within a media agency, publisher or ad tech business
- Experience working with recognised advertisers, brands or media agencies
- A strong understanding of digital advertising campaign delivery and project management
- Knowledge of digital creative production, ad serving, media analytics and cross-channel measurement
- Experience delivering end-to-end campaigns and managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Confident providing clients with campaign analysis, strategic recommendations and performance insights
- A proactive and resourceful approach, with the ability to take ownership and work autonomously
- Experience improving processes or tools to enhance productivity, campaign quality or the advertiser experience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience managing or mentoring others, or the potential to become a strong people manager
