Senior Client Services/Wealth Management Administrator

Location: London (City)/Hybrid
Salary: To £42,000 and bonus/benefits
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are currently assisting a highly regarded Wealth Manager with an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Services/IFA Administrator to join a growing and highly respected financial planning business.

This role is ideal for a client servicing professional who is looking to build on their existing expertise, take greater ownership of key processes and play an important role in delivering exceptional service to advisers and clients. The Role

The Client Service Team plays a vital role in supporting advisers and paraplanners through the delivery of key client servicing activities. As a Senior Team member, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of accuracy, managing workflows and contributing to the continued development of the team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Producing portfolio reports and pre-meeting documentation
  • Reviewing and correcting client cash accounts
  • Drafting client servicing correspondence and letters
  • Maintaining and updating internal systems used for service delivery
  • Supporting advisers and paraplanners with a range of client servicing activities
  • Ensuring work is completed accurately and within agreed service levels
  • Identifying process improvements and contributing to operational efficiency
  • Acting as a subject matter expert for key processes
  • Supporting the training and development of colleagues where appropriate
  • Assisting with workflow management and leadership responsibilities within the team

What We're Looking For

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a client servicing role within financial services
  • Wealth Management experience would be highly advantageous
  • Experience of using Intelliflo is desirable

Skills:

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think ahead, plan effectively and prioritise workload
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to identify issues, manage expectations and escalate appropriately
  • Comfortable working under pressure and delivering to tight deadlines
  • Able to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining consistently high standards
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Collaborative team player with a positive and proactive approach

  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and business systems
