Senior Client Solutions Specialist – Tack TMI Apprenticeships (Gi Group Holding)

Salary: Up to £40k (DOE) + commission & Award Winning Benefits
Location: UK-wide (remote/home-based) with occasional client site visits
Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Tack TMI is a specialist learning and development consultancy that helps organisations improve sales performance, customer experience and leadership capability. We partner with clients to design and deliver practical, results-focused training and coaching - supporting people to build the skills and behaviours that drive measurable business impact.

About the role

We’re looking for a Client Solutions Specialist to join Gi Group supporting Tack TMI Apprenticeships. This is a strategically important role focused on growing apprenticeship pipelines, building partner relationships, and increasing market awareness of our programmes.

You’ll be passionate about apprenticeships, confident engaging stakeholders, and commercially minded - able to create opportunities with both existing accounts and new customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Building pipeline and winning new business in a high performing team.
  • Grow partner accounts by segmenting customers, increasing engagement.
  • Make sure apprenticeships are employer-led, compliant and meet stakeholder needs; support planning, delivery and monitoring.
  • Deliver the apprenticeship sales plan: attend events, share market insights, write proposals/bids and support contract negotiations.
  • Keep execution tight: update HubSpot, follow up marketing leads, run attraction campaigns and support effective selection to improve applicant success.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders, stay up to date on apprenticeship rules and systems, and complete other reasonable tasks as needed.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in apprenticeships / work-based learning / related programmes, including compliance and employer relationship management
  • Strong knowledge of the Apprenticeship Levy
  • Account management experience and confidence using CRM systems
  • Experience working with employers on skills projects or within a target-driven, client-facing environment
  • Highly organised; able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders under deadlines
  • Knowledge/experience of OFSTED requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with construction industry professionals, including SME and large contracting organisations
  • Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
