Senior Client Success & Delivery Manager
Location: London (hybrid, min. 3 days/week in our Farringdon office). We will also consider applications for a remote home-based contract for those who live more than 90 minutes away from the office.
Company: Ascend Media (Elite Traveler, Spear’s, The World of Fine Wine, World of Fine Spirits)
About us
Ascend Media is home to some of the world’s leading luxury media brands: Elite Traveler, Spear’s, The World of Fine Wine, and The World of Fine Spirits. We create world-class content, digital platforms, and immersive brand experiences that connect with ultra-high-net-worth audiences and luxury brands worldwide.
About the role
At its heart, this is a client success role. We want every client to finish a campaign feeling they have received an exceptional service: that we understood what they wanted to achieve, delivered excellent work and made the whole process feel brilliantly managed.
You’ll own complex campaigns from post-sale through to final delivery, bringing together clients, partners and internal teams. You’ll use data, performance and insight to support clients and demonstrate impact, while keeping a firm grip on timelines, budgets and priorities. You’ll build trusted relationships, understand what success looks like for each client and proactively drive what needs to happen next.
You don’t need to be a hands-on production specialist, but you do need to understand how creative work is produced and translated across different channels. You’ll know the right questions to ask, anticipate requirements and confidently brief and manage the specialists needed to deliver excellent work.
What you’ll do
Client success
- Own the day-to-day relationship with key clients and partners, from campaign kick-off through to completion.
- Understand each client’s objectives and KPIs and keep these at the centre of campaign delivery.
- Build trusted relationships through excellent communication, responsiveness and sound judgement.
- Lead client meetings, manage expectations and handle challenging conversations confidently when required.
- Proactively identify issues, opportunities and next steps, ensuring clients always feel their campaigns are in safe hands.
- Use performance data and insight to demonstrate impact, inform decisions and strengthen future activity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Manage multiple workstreams, priorities and stakeholders while maintaining a firm grip on deadlines and detail.
- Identify risks and dependencies early, proposing solutions and escalating where appropriate.
- Manage scope, budgets and resources with commercial discipline, including estimates, SOWs, margin and reconciliation.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within agreed scope and to a consistently high standard.
Integrated production
- Oversee the delivery of work across channels including print, digital, social, video, OOH, partnerships and experiential.
- Understand how an idea or asset needs to adapt across different channels, including the implications for formats, specifications, rights, workload, budget and timings.
- Brief and manage internal specialists and external suppliers such as photographers, writers, production companies, printers, venues and talent.
- Ensure relevant requirements such as usage rights, licensing, permissions, insurance, health and safety and legal or brand compliance are identified and managed.

About you
You’ll bring:
- Strong experience in client success, account management, integrated delivery or a similar client-facing role within media, creative, advertising or content.
- A track record of building trusted client relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience. You understand what success looks like for your clients and take personal ownership of achieving it.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, budgets and deadlines without losing sight of the detail.
- A proactive approach to delivery. You anticipate what needs to happen next, identify risks early and bring solutions rather than waiting to be asked.
- Strong production literacy gained through delivering integrated campaigns. You don’t need to be a hands-on specialist, but you understand how content is produced and adapted across channels and can confidently brief and manage the people who are.
- Experience working across several channels such as print, digital, social, video, OOH, events, experiential or partnerships.
- Commercial confidence, including scoping, estimating, budgets, SOWs, margin and managing changes to scope.
- Confidence using data, performance and insight to support client conversations, inform decisions and demonstrate impact.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the confidence to lead senior client conversations and handle difficult discussions when required.
- High personal standards, sound judgement and the ability to remain calm and effective when working at pace.
- Helpful, but not essential: experience with rights or talent agreements, media planning and buying, contract negotiations, or working both client-side and agency-side.
