Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You will oversee every element of project delivery, from sourcing and briefing writers, designers and other creative specialists, to coordinating with social media and wider internal teams to determine how best to engage and reach the target audience. Working across internal and external teams and often to tight deadlines, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively identify and resolve issues, monitor progress and communicate risks or changes to relevant stakeholders.

Your role will also extend beyond project delivery. As a senior member of the team, you will provide expertise and strategic input before the point of sale, working closely with the commercial team on pitches, briefs and partnership opportunities. You will act as a central point of contact for partnership queries within Future Creative, guiding stakeholders through the partnership process and providing insight and advice to help shape effective commercial content solutions.

You will also play an important leadership and mentoring role within the team, sharing your knowledge and expertise to support the development of more junior colleagues and encouraging a collaborative, efficient and high-performing working environment.

  • Experience managing complex, multi-channel campaigns and projects, with a focus on quality and client experience.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects on track.
  • Confident communicator and collaborator, able to build positive relationships with internal teams, clients and partners.
  • Experience supporting and developing others, sharing knowledge and helping colleagues deliver their best work.
  • A commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to use campaign insights to make recommendations and identify opportunities.
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to improving processes and ways of working.
  • An interest in digital advertising and the wider media landscape, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend relevant solutions.
