Future Creative, a global, full-service branded content and storytelling studio combining Future's strategic and creative expertise for advertisers looking to reach passionate audiences at scale with custom solutions that drive awareness, change brand perception and inspire consumer action.
Our Ideation team provides innovative sales packages and pitching options and our client success team translates those ideas and manages content that delivers above expectations. We work across multiple internal brands with an array of external clients giving the role huge breadth. Our client success team works across all brands and platforms. It is a fast-paced department that offers daily challenges and we have a fantastic team that loves what they do. What You'll Do
As Senior Client Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-value and complex commercial branded content solutions, taking ownership of projects from initial brief through to successful delivery. Using your exceptional organisational, time management and communication skills, you will be responsible for ensuring projects of all sizes are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard, while meeting both client objectives and audience needs.

Reporting to the Senior Client Success Director, you will be the primary point of contact for clients after the sale, you will build and maintain strong relationships, provide exceptional customer service and ensure clear, consistent communication throughout every stage of the campaign. From the moment a brief is received, you will translate client requirements into clear project plans, defining objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources and responsibilities.
You will oversee every element of project delivery, from sourcing and briefing writers, designers and other creative specialists, to coordinating with social media and wider internal teams to determine how best to engage and reach the target audience. Working across internal and external teams and often to tight deadlines, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively identify and resolve issues, monitor progress and communicate risks or changes to relevant stakeholders.
Your role will also extend beyond project delivery. As a senior member of the team, you will provide expertise and strategic input before the point of sale, working closely with the commercial team on pitches, briefs and partnership opportunities. You will act as a central point of contact for partnership queries within Future Creative, guiding stakeholders through the partnership process and providing insight and advice to help shape effective commercial content solutions.
You will also play an important leadership and mentoring role within the team, sharing your knowledge and expertise to support the development of more junior colleagues and encouraging a collaborative, efficient and high-performing working environment.
What You'll Bring
- Experience managing complex, multi-channel campaigns and projects, with a focus on quality and client experience
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects on track
- Confident communicator and collaborator, able to build positive relationships with internal teams, clients and partners
- Experience supporting and developing others, sharing knowledge and helping colleagues deliver their best work
- A commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to use campaign insights to make recommendations and identify opportunities
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to improving processes and ways of working
- An interest in digital advertising and the wider media landscape, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend relevant solutions

Minimum Requirements
- At least 7+ years as a mid-weight project manager in a creative industry
- Experience of print advertising / digital advertising / online content / video production
- Knowledge of social media targeting and publishing
- Confidence to manage cross-departmental issues and ensure the Project Management team's aims and objectives are communicated and maintained
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A desire to get stuck in and get the work done
What We Offer
The expected range for this role is £40,000 - £55,000
This is a hybrid role, working three days per week from our London Paddington Office
