Job Title: Senior Client Success Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Client Success Manager to manage a portfolio of clients, deliver exceptional service and become a trusted marketing advisor.
This isn’t an entry-level role. You’ll already have a strong understanding of marketing, social media and client management, ideally from working within a marketing agency.
You’ll confidently lead client meetings, develop marketing strategies, manage multiple projects and take ownership of the client experience.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Lead monthly client meetings and provide strategic marketing advice.
- Develop marketing strategies, content plans and campaign ideas.
- Review and approve social media content.
- Analyse performance and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate projects across our wider marketing and video team.
- Manage expectations, deadlines and client communication.
- Identify opportunities to improve results and grow client accounts.

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ marketing agency experience.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Strong understanding of marketing and social media strategy.
- Confident leading meetings and presenting ideas to clients.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Someone who takes ownership, spots problems early and communicates proactively.
- Commercially minded and focused on delivering great client results.
