What You Will Do

As our Senior Client Success Manager, you will work closely with the Client Success team and play a key role in supporting our clients while delivering on strategic revenue goals. You will manage and grow client accounts, strengthen relationships and ensure they gain maximum value from Each Person, contributing to their long-term success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring consistent delivery of value and high client satisfaction.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling additional employee benefit services.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders as the primary point of contact.
  • Taking a strategic approach to account management by aligning client objectives with tailored solutions and measurable outcomes.
  • Resolving client queries promptly, ensuring smooth onboarding and continued success.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and long-term client growth.

What We Are Looking For

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage expectations and present to clients.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work every time.

Experience and Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, managing a range of client portfolios and achieving revenue growth targets.
  • Experience in running quarterly account reviews and developing long-term strategy engagement plans.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills, including managing renewals and upsells.
  • Ability to analyse engagement data and translate insights into actionable client value.
  • Confidence in working collaboratively with teams such as Sales, Client Support and Implementation.

Previous Industry Experience

Experience within the employee benefits or recognition and reward industry is desirable but not essential.

Flexible, Hybrid Working

Our office is available for you to use as much as you wish. The Client Success team typically works from our Wokingham office three days a week on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
