Hours: Monday - Friday | No Weekends | Early Finish Fridays

This is a senior client-facing role for an experienced relationship manager who can operate strategically and build trusted partnerships with major UK Clients. Working alongside our Head of Client Services, you will take ownership of high-profile accounts and help shape the continued development of our award-winning Client Services function.

The Opportunity
Reporting into the Head of Client Services, you'll play a key role in developing and strengthening strategic client relationships across the Group.
- You'll act as the senior day-to-day contact for a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery while identifying opportunities to improve performance, strengthen partnerships and support future growth.
- You'll regularly engage with senior decision-makers, presenting business performance, discussing commercial opportunities and helping clients maximise the value of our services.

Key Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, from Operational Managers through to Directors and Board-level executives.
- Own a portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring outstanding service delivery and long-term client retention.
- Develop and deliver strategic account plans aligned with both client objectives and DCBL's commercial goals.
- Analyse operational and commercial performance data to identify trends, opportunities and service improvements.
- Work closely with Operations, Legal, IT, Finance and Commercial teams to deliver seamless client outcomes.
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex client issues, taking ownership through to resolution.
- Identify opportunities for organic account growth and support wider commercial initiatives across the Group.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who already understands what excellent strategic client management looks like. You'll have experience managing complex client relationships within a professional, regulated or business-to-business environment and be confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
Ideally you'll bring:
- Experience within Client Success, Client Services, with a proven track record of managing high-value client relationships.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and added value.
- Excellent analytical skills with confidence interpreting data and translating insights into meaningful recommendations.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a genuine desire to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
