We power campaigns for Apps, Games, and Brands across Mobile and CTV, using advanced machine learning and optimized creative strategies to deliver results. Senior Client Success Manager
To help us maintain our strong position in the industry, we are looking for a Senior Client Success Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of clients across Europe.
Location
London (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days remote)
Your Mission
As a Senior Client Success Manager, you will be the first point of contact for your clients, with a primary focus on growing and strengthening these partnerships on a daily basis.
This includes monitoring the performance of our user acquisition campaigns, optimizing campaigns against clients' KPIs, and consistently striving to exceed them. You will also be responsible for identifying and driving key business development initiatives to grow your portfolio.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Build and manage strategic partnerships within your portfolio
- Identify growth opportunities and execute strategies to achieve business goals
- Enable decision-making through data-driven strategies and actionable insights
- Translate complex data analysis into clear and simple language for effective communication
- Introduce and promote new product features aligned with customers' business needs and stage of growth
- Lead client meetings and regular business reviews
- Represent Entravision and Smadex externally and promote our in-house mobile advertising solution
Skills & Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in mobile advertising, managing performance-based user acquisition campaigns through programmatic channels is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong analytical skills, with a deep understanding of cohort analysis and customer acquisition metrics (ROAS, CPM, IPM, CPI, and CPA)
- Strong understanding of the mobile app industry, including key players, media buying, sellers, suppliers, and MMPs
- Proactive, disciplined, and highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Positive attitude, passion for apps, and a strong problem-solving mindset
