Senior Client Success Manager

Are you a strategic relationship builder with a passion for partnership growth and higher education?
At IDP, we're looking for a Senior Client Success Manager to lead relationships with a portfolio of university partners across the UK and Ireland, helping them grow student recruitment, strengthen market share, and unlock greater value from their partnership with us.
In This Role, You'll
- Own and grow strategic university partnerships across the UK & Ireland.
- Influence senior stakeholders including Directors of International, Recruitment Directors, and Marketing leaders.
- Develop data-driven growth plans that deliver measurable recruitment outcomes.
- Lead innovative initiatives, campaigns, and engagement strategies to accelerate enrolment growth.
- Drive renewals and retention, through partner support, performance and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver exceptional partner experiences and outcomes.
