Job Description
OVERVIEW:
Make the team that changes the way the world experiences sport.
Sportradar is the leading global provider of sports betting and sports entertainment products and services. Since 2001, we have occupied a unique position at the intersection of the sports, media and betting industries; providing sports federations, news media, consumer platforms and sports betting operators with a range of solutions to help grow their business.
We are looking for a proactive, commercially minded Client Success Partner to support our Strategic Accounts team, strengthen client relationships, and help drive value across primarily UK-based accounts.
This role is suited to someone who is confident speaking with clients, organized in their follow-up, comfortable working with data and contracts, and eager to take ownership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure existing contractual obligations are delivered clearly, accurately, and on time.
- Lead and support client communications, including calls, follow-ups, meeting preparation, and action tracking.
- Use data, Excel analysis, and client insight to identify opportunities, support account planning, and increase the value of Sportradar’s products and services.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and other internal teams to align account priorities and deliver a coordinated client experience.
- Capture and share client knowledge internally, including account context, commercial priorities, product feedback, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Maintain strong awareness of key client segments, market developments, and emerging opportunities across sports betting and sports technology.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and other duties as required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
