We’re hiring: Senior Clinical Data Coordinators – Europe

Advanced Clinical is seeking up to 5 experienced Senior Clinical Data Coordinators to join our growing team as permanent, full-time employees.

These are home-based FSP positions, giving you the opportunity to work as part of a dedicated team supporting one global biopharmaceutical sponsor—without having to manage multiple sponsors.

Location: 100% remote

The role

As a Senior Clinical Data Coordinator, you will support the development, review and maintenance of clinical databases and data management documentation across Phase I–III clinical trials. Working closely with Clinical Data Managers, your primary focus will be ongoing data review and ensuring that high-quality deliverables are completed in accordance with ICH-GCP, internal procedures and agreed timelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supporting study start-up activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of clinical databases
  • Performing Quality Control (QC) checks on clinical databases
  • Conducting ongoing clinical data review and generating and resolving data queries
  • Reconciling third-party data streams
  • Performing serious adverse event reconciliation with the safety database
  • Supporting Data Coordinator activities across multiple programmes or at least three concurrent studies
  • Maintaining and updating data management documentation
  • Working closely with Clinical Data Managers and wider cross-functional study teams

What we’re looking for:

  • At least three years of clinical data management or data coordination experience gained within a biopharmaceutical company or CRO
  • Experience working with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems
  • A bachelor’s degree or relevant healthcare-related qualification is preferred, although candidates with equivalent experience will also be considered
  • Experience with Oracle InForm EDC would be advantageous
  • Oncology and/or inflammatory disease experience would be beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation and data-review skills
