WE'RE HIRING: Senior Clinical Data Manager
Location: Welwyn Garden City (2 or 3 days in a week)
Employment Type: Contract (6 months Outside IR35)
Are you an experienced Clinical Data Manager looking to drive clinical trial innovation across early and late-phase studies?
We are partnering with a leading global pharmaceutical innovator to recruit a Senior Clinical Data Manager to lead end-to-end clinical data strategy, database design, and vendor oversight.

- End-to-End Ownership: Lead study data lifecycle from CRF/database design to database lock.
- Vendor & Quality Oversight: Oversee third-party data vendors, manage Data Transfer Agreements (DTAs), and drive data quality metrics.
- Cross-Functional Partnering: Collaborate closely with Biostatistics, Data Science, and Clinical Operations teams.
- Data Innovation: Leverage modern EDC platforms, risk-based monitoring (RBM), and standardized data flows (CDISC/SDTM).
What We’re Looking For

- Experience: Good years in Clinical Data Management (or 3+ years with a Master’s degree).
- Technical Mastery: Hands-on experience with EDC platforms (e.g., Medidata RAVE, InForm) and CDISC standards.
- Skills: Strong understanding of non-CRF data streams (ePRO, IRT, labs) and vendor management.
- Bonus: Basic coding literacy (SAS, R, or Python).
