We are delighted to offer an exciting secondment opportunity in the maternity clinical education and practice development team.
About the Role
As a Senior Clinical Educator (band 7) you will support the development of our maternity workforce and students. This is a unique opportunity to gain new skills that will prepare you for any career path, including how to influence practice, build an effective learning environment, and achieve excellent care outcomes for women.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver high-quality, evidence-based education at the bedside and beyond, directly enhancing patient care and experience.
- Work collaboratively across teams, services, and professional groups to support a thriving interprofessional learning environment.
- Gain valuable experience in educational leadership, team management, and practice development at divisional level.
- Support learners, supervise educators, and contribute to innovative programmes that respond to evolving service needs.
